We are hiring Health Services Director RN/LPN to work in Assisted Living community.
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily health services operation of the designated community in a professional manner ensuring the highest level of care to residents in accordance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
Coordinates and oversees health services according to the individual's plan ensuring each individual's optimal health and wellbeing Supervises LPN and Lead LPN and provides constructive feedback and training through positive interactions, role modeling, and mentoring Creates a positive interacting team which collaboratively works with all disciplines Ensures all documentation is completed according to regulatory requirements Acts as liaison between hospitals and other medical professionals advocating for least restrictive measures and protection of rights Performs all professional duties within the scope of licensure and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act Preforms all other duties as assigned Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$70,000.
00 - $85,000.
