We are looking for a Front Desk Assistant/Aide to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to patients and staff.
Job
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients and visitors to the facility Answer phones and take messages Schedule patient appointments Verify patient insurance eligibility and authorizations Update patient records Provide administrative support to the Front Desk Manager as needed Maintaining clinic flow by keeping spaces clean, neat, organized, and presentable for guests Clinic cleaning and laundry especially to help support physical therapists with patient transitions Required Skills:
Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to engage with patients and teammates Ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails, chats, etc.
with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where there is constant change, urgency, and initiative.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus.
A passion for customer service.
Confidence with technology desired.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
