Gnome Grown is currently looking to hire an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our award-winning store in Oregon City.
This candidate must have prior cannabis retail lead/managerial experience.
As a Retail Assistant Manager, we would have the following expectations:
Help the store manager oversee all daily store operations and ensure we are 100% compliant with the OLCC.
Must be motivated, hard-working, positive, and passionate.
This position requires someone who is a strong leader with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Maintaining overall performance goals of the store and helping guide staff to effectively execute those goals.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accuracy with POS system and METRC.
Stay up to date on market trends to identify opportunities for the store.
Interpret & analyze numbers across multiple sales platforms.
Assisting store manager with daily reconciliation of METRC, POS and QuickBooks.
Must be detail oriented.
Communicate effectively with our store manager and GM Be extremely organized while prioritizing tasks.
Ability to resolve problems using good judgment.
