1Leading and managing a team of civil engineers and technicians in the planning, design, and implementation of site development projects.2Utilizing Civil 3D to create detailed, accurate, and efficient designs for a variety of projects.3Overseeing all stages of project development, including feasibility studies, design, construction, and post-construction evaluation.4Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project requirements are met and regulations are adhered to.5Developing and implementing innovative engineering solutions to complex problems.6Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.7Mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.QualificationsThe ideal candidate for the Civil Engineering Lead position will have the following
Qualifications:
1Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldA Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) certification would be considered an asset.2A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site development.3Proficiency in Civil 3D or equivalent software.4Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring a team.5Strong technical skills, with a thorough understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.6Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.7Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing innovative engineering solutions.8Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality and efficiencyThis position offers the unique opportunity to take on a leadership role within our engineering team and make a significant contribution to our site development projectsIf you are a driven, ambitious civil engineer with the skills and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.Interested in hearing more? The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
