Responsibilities
o Address the needs of patients in a fast-paced culture
o Educate patients on payment options
o Secure patients' financial commitment to help them start the best treatment possible
o Keep accurate financial records using patient account software
Requirements
Preferred Background
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent
o 1 year of business, retail, or face-to-face customer service experience
o Communication skills to build rapport with patients
o Positive attitude to overcome common patient objections/rejections
o Good judgment and sound decision-making ability
